Happy Monday everybody!

Here is the homework for the week:

2. Writing Copy - Each week the children will write 3 sentences in their copy about the topic for that week. This week the topic is 'Sea Creatures'. Please write a title, the date and 3 sentences this week. We are working on ensuring we have capital letters, full stops, spaces and writing on the line.

3. Maths worksheet - Each week the children will get a maths worksheet to practice their mental maths and addition skills. The back of the sheet is optional .

4. Tricky words - We have completed the list of tricky words for our level and so we just need to practice, practice, practice using them this term. You will find a board game in the folder too to practice these.

Homework will be collected on Thursday morning as we are off on Friday so please ensure the folders are in their bags for collection on Thursday.

Any issues or problems with the homework, as always, please let me know and we can adapt and change as necessary.

A huge thank you and happy summer!

Hey everyone,  I just want to say thank you so much for such a wonderful two years. The children are a credit to all the parents and each child should be very proud of themselves because they have come so far since starting in Junior Infants two years ago.  They are all so unique and full of personality and have given me so much happiness and laughs every day. I'll miss them hugely but I know they will love the new challenges and exciting changes in First Class.  Always feel free to pop into me whenever you're passing and good luck in the future! Jessica ☺
