Homework for Term 2

Hi everyone,
I hope you all had a lovely weekend.
This week we start back our homework. It is similar to last term, 2 sounds per week and practice reading our tricky words and the Word Box words (sound out words).

Here is a copy of the note that went home today.
Some children were missing folders and books, so if you could return everything this week, we can ensure your child has everything they need!

Also can you return the scrapbooks ASAP please, we will be adding to them as the year goes on.

Our sounds for this week are J and X

Formation rhyme -
From the middle, dive down deep and turn. Don't forget the dot.

Formation rhyme -
Slide down, bump, slide down the other way and bump.

Also Today is Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
We looked at his life story and why today we celebrate the great changes he helped to make.
