Halloween Dress Up Day and Happy Mid Term!

The children all looked fantastic today for our Halloween dress up day. Everyone made such an effort and I couldn't even recognise some of the children! We had a great day today, making pumpkin and skeleton art, playing in our costumes and going to different tables in our room to do Spooky Halloween activities.   Well done to Riley in our class who won the best costume in Junior Infants for dressing up as the elderly man from the film 'Up'!     Here's some Halloween 'selfies' that we took with Maria, we loved these!   And here we are making our skeleton art, very spooky!    Some of us loved playing at the gooey, slimy sensory table but some of us weren't so keen!     Well done to everyone on working so hard for the first half of Term 1. You've done great listening and have really settled in, great work!   ...
