Jessica's Senior Infants

The children were busy learning all about Space for their last Aistear topic this year! They built Space Rockets, created their own planets and even explored a space shuttle and landed on new planets.  This is their last Aistear as they don't have it in First Class but they really have enjoyed it and learned a huge amount during it. I have loved watching them learn how to play properly and listening to their use of the specific vocabulary each week.☺

We had such a wonderful day on our school trip to Wooly Ward's Farm yesterday! The children did so many activities such as a train ride around a field looking at different farm animals, cupcake making, a pony ride, playing on a bouncy castle, meeting Scary Mary and watching a funny show. It really was a very busy day but it was a great one as the children really seemed to enjoy every minute of it!
